If you are using these services on behalf of a corporation or entity in the Asia-Pacific region, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our website and services.
02 Data Intelligence & Proprietary Rights
The methodology, algorithms, and visual interpretations provided through our data labs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pacific Data Labs. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal review purposes only.

03 Expected Professional Conduct

Users agree not to interfere with the performance or security of the data labs infrastructure through malicious code, DDoS attempts, or unauthorized penetration testing. Any attempt to bypass security measures or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under Australian cybersecurity laws.
04 Limitation of Liability
While we strive for absolute precision in our analytics, Pacific Data Labs provide insights on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the information—sourced from diverse regional markets—is free from external inaccuracies or omissions.
05 Agreement Dissolution
Pacific Data Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our proprietary portals at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected credential sharing or misuse of industrial intelligence. Termination does not waive the confidentiality obligations and intellectual property protections established in the preceding chapters.
